Positive concentration Session

A positive concentration session is a method that grew out of the need for rest, recovery, healing, and strengthening of the body in life itself.

But… do not dive into the method lightly. First, research, experience, and watch the video.

For me personally, the sessions have only recently become a part of my lifestyle – I have been doing them regularly for over a year. With their help, I rejuvenate my face, strengthen my body, and rest.

In the following articles, you can read about the knowledge and life philosophy that I follow. You will also get a summary of a 12-month period of doing the sessions. And you will find ideas for conducting the sessions.

Sessions in Brief

For me, the most valuable results related to the sessions are the regression of age-related manifestations: the face rejuvenates, and the body has become stronger and more vital.

I have now been doing these sessions regularly since March of the year ’23. On average, four concentration sessions a week − two for the face and two for body strengthening.

These are the highly beneficial and delightful results of regular sessions.

The video, however, introduces the initial effects of the concentration sessions that I and my companions experienced.

The film shows materials from the method’s development period and ends with a comprehensive guide on the possibilities of conducting sessions.

In the video, I demonstrate the effects of the sessions on:

  • Straightening posture,
  • Releasing joint mobility, and
  • Slimming body areas.

When I directed feelings to the body in the early stages of developing the sessions, the process was quite labor-intensive − I tried in every way to generate positive feelings for half an hour, even when I wasn’t in the mood for it.

However, now I have made the sessions more of a “work” rest for myself.

Although the session does not require being in a rigidly positive concentration, I generally love the style where if I do work, I do it well, with the focus on good things throughout the session.

Every other day or a couple of times a week, allowing oneself to rest in a reclining position, where the head generates good thoughts… A pleasant session.

(You can read more about the sessions in the following article series).

THOUGHTS ON POSITIVE FOCUS SESSIONS, SOME KNOWLEDGE AND THE PRISM OF PERSONAL EXPERIENCES

Concentration sessions for the face

…and after 12 months of performing the sessions.

A woman after one year of the positive concentration method.

At the current rate, it can be assumed that the wrinkles will disappear completely in 2 years.

I also perform concentration sessions to improve the overall condition of the body

In both areas of concentration, I have achieved success, and the positive processes show no signs of diminishing. The overall condition of my body has become significantly more pleasant and better than ever before. It feels so good that I have made it my goal to continue supporting my body in this way.

I am now fully convinced that natural body/mind capabilities can be purposefully directed to benefit oneself in more ways than is commonly believed.

I have experienced and am convinced that the results of concentration can surpass age-related manifestations. I consider these concentrations to be exceptionally beneficial exercises or workouts to engage in as one ages.

Here are a few more incentives for doing concentration sessions…

I am characterized by a categorical denial of any decline in my physical well-being. The increase in age-related movement restrictions means a limitation of freedom for me, and I cannot allow such a thing in any way.

I have once experienced a significant decline in physical well-being and have worked on body recovery for over 20 years using various methods.

This is sufficient motivation to say—now I finally want to enjoy life in a pleasant way, with a healthy body, and get real benefits from life. This is enough motivation to make concentration sessions a continuous part of my life.

I love the results that come from consistent effort.

A more youthful face and a more pleasant physical condition are natural qualities of the body that emerge from the body itself. They can never be given to us by anyone else from the outside.

We already know that as we age, body functions tend to decline. Should we just watch and experience how the body gradually loses its capabilities and endure the increasing physical suffering? It seems like a rather bleak perspective.

I don’t have the energy alongside my work to take on additional activities or engage in physical training (though I do practice light exercises).

However, I do have the energy to allow myself concentration training while resting, especially with such pleasant results.

Perhaps you agree that such a practice might also appeal to you.

The appearance of physical changes can be slowed down if…

I am sharing with you the adapted Five Elements system by Professor Park Jae Woo from Eastern medicine.

(For those familiar with Eastern medicine, here is an explanation of Park Jae Woo’s element names: WOOD element – wind; FIRE element – heat and warmth; EARTH element – moisture; METAL element – dryness; WATER element – cold).

The cycle of elements begins with the Wood element, moves clockwise, and ends with the Water element.

In each life cycle, all elements are active, but the element shown in the diagram is dominant (so don’t think about death at 60 just yet…😊). After that, the cycle starts a new round.

A joyful, eager, positive, and appreciative feeling is the energy of well-being and growth

Professor Park Jae Woo’s table illustrates this.

The Warmth element activates all vital functions and stimulates all life processes.

Positive thoughts and good feelings never cause harm by their nature. Of course, extreme tendencies can misuse positivity, but we are not focusing on such cases here.

Precious element of warmth/joy and element of dryness/sadness are opposing energies

Park Jae Woo says that the element of WARMTH is the only element that actively promotes expansion or healing. The element of HEAT also does good and has a similar effect. The emotional expressions of these elements are joy, happiness, and satisfaction (gratitude, praise, recognition).

This makes it clear why acknowledging and positive thoughts, wishes, and intentions are beneficial — a person’s life is constantly enriched, expanded, renewed, and developed, allowing them to move forward in their life.

The element of DRYNESS (contraction, narrowing, drying) expresses a noticeably slowed life cycle. Its emotion is sadness, and excessive functioning of this element in the body causes physical ailments.

Each element has its own harmonious and beneficial metaphysical effect — the element of dryness maintains the characteristic shape of life forms and matter. However, if signs of decline are observed in life forms, it indicates that the element of dryness is in excess.

HEAT and DRYNESS are opposing elements and influence each other the most.

To reduce the dominant effect of the element of DRYNESS (in the context of my article, the age-related effects on the body), it is necessary to consciously bring the characteristics and expressions of the element of HEAT into our feelings and lives — desires, intentions, joys, praises, well-being, and energies of happiness, or positively influencing and functioning feelings.

For life to achieve its best expression, it must never stand still.

Although such situations occur — traumas and accidents are effects of the element of COLD — one must use the characteristic wisdom of the COLD element to reassess the situation in order to emerge from them. Next, by invoking the characteristic (breakthrough) creative aggression of the element of WIND — “But I will not give up!” — it is again possible to start anew.

The knowledge of the effects and influences of the elements on the body has been known for thousands of years, and they were largely used in Eastern medicine, particularly in acupuncture and traditional treatments. Now, the professor has modernized the system and made it clearer for a broader audience. It is a very enlightening and enriching field.

Those who are interested should search the internet for the name Park Jae Woo and Su Jok massage. By using the principles of Su Jok massage, it is possible to provide effective assistance to oneself through hand and foot massage.

I also have my first article about Su Jok in a blog post, and a video introducing Su Jok massage is now ready as well.

The Gardener of the Body

The consistency of self-care is no different from the work of a gardener. Being a gardener is not an art. However, having the nature of a gardener — consistently performing maintenance work — is certainly a challenge for many. But summarizing the motivation to start and finally diving into the process is worth the effort.

For me, motivating myself usually takes several months. Before starting something new, I think and ponder ideas and tune myself to what lies ahead. And when I do start, I always see the activities through to completion.

Is it possible to stimulate the functioning of body systems?

Is it possible to stimulate the functioning of body systems? While focusing on facial sessions, I have noticed that not only do the facial muscles tone up, but the skin cells also regenerate and recover.

From this… — is it possible to stimulate body systems to work and recover in a more vibrant or youthful manner?

I cannot see inside the body, but if external healing changes are observed in the facial skin, it is logical to assume that similar processes are occurring inside as well.

It sounds somewhat unusual or unbelievable or…

In conventional thinking, there isn’t really a mindset that we could force our bodies to work more smoothly; this is not typically done, and it seems strange?

However, it is only a matter of knowledge and effort. It is also a question of desire or the yearning for achievement. If I want to feel healthy and well at a time when it is already known that the physiological indicators of the body are declining (after middle age), then I am ready to work for the benefit of my body! Isn’t that right?

At the end of this page, I will provide a literary example from the book of academician Georgy Sytin on affirmations/manifestations. With such complexes of affirmations, the academician rejuvenated his physiological indicators by half in 8 months (though not in appearance :)) at an age when he was already over 70.

WE need to evaluate ourselves!

In reality, neither my question nor yours is what others think about the body or if they think about it at all. Different external mindsets have always existed and will always exist.

We own our bodies, and we would benefit if our body’s condition improved. Let’s take care of what is our responsibility in our inner home. And we understand well that others do not have to believe all of this.

We need to believe in ourselves, support ourselves, and work for our own benefit.

The sweet fruits of our labor belong to us alone, and they do not concern others.

What truly matters is what wealth or benefit we see within ourselves or in relation to ourselves, and how we are able or will begin to utilize and implement those things.

In my opinion, this is an extremely practical and creative attitude — making the most of life, the body, and its possibilities, and handling those possibilities responsibly and skillfully.

Next, I will analyze the 12-month period during which I conducted sessions,

focusing on positive feelings, and compare it to other life processes with which we are well acquainted. I want to show you that it is quite normal to expect good results from the body over such a time frame.

Twelve months of caring for a garden allows you to enjoy the fruits without fail. This time frame is sufficient for the development of natural processes and the emergence of ripe fruits (and of course even earlier…).

If you exercise for 12 months, you will notice that your muscles become stronger and grow.

If you practice a new skill for 12 months, it is clear that, compared to the beginning, you have made progress.

If you receive massages for 12 months, your body will undeniably feel more comfortable and pleasant.

If you practice affirmations or make suggestions for something for 12 months, it is clear that you have already achieved certain results.

If I have practiced feeling relaxation and well-being in my body for 12 months and have visualized and sought the rejuvenation of specific body areas (I am referring here to concentrating on the face and body), it is natural that I have already achieved certain results.

The following article is a summary of my thoughts and impressions from the 12-month period of concentration sessions.

Thoughts and Feelings from the 12-Month Period of Concentration Sessions

To be honest, I don’t have the right words to adequately express the effects of well-being that emerged from the concentration sessions. There aren’t many comparisons or well-known similar situations against which to analyze this phenomenon comfortably.

Now that I have been conducting sessions for a year, the indescribably good feelings, the huge “wow” effects, and the impression of disbelief are overwhelming…

Yet there are moments when my thoughts nag a bit — I want results faster, I want more, and will I really achieve significant rejuvenation for my body… But what if I end up disappointed?

Questions of the practitioner.

Work must be done consistently, regardless of whether the results are visible or not. I realized this while doing facial massages.

During the massage periods, there were times when nothing changed in my face, even though I was massaging regularly. Then there were periods when each session transformed my face.

Before starting the concentration sessions, I felt that I rated my body a 6-7 out of 10 (0 = no problems, 10 = maximum problems). This feeling wasn’t a short-term assessment, but rather an understanding that the body’s functions had genuinely slowed down, and that this is how aging happens…

Of course, the transition to another job and a year of working at a computer without days off played a significant role. My immunity had declined, and I eventually got pneumonia.

Although being 62 today isn’t particularly remarkable, age becomes significant when you think about the future — each year the body deteriorates further, and problems keep adding up… It creates a very unpleasant horizon.

The concentration technique wasn’t new to me. Six years ago, I started experimenting with the technique and even made a film based on it. At that time, I was more interested in facial massage and its effectiveness.

Now I’ve started concentration sessions again and decided to engage with them regularly, documenting everything once more.

As of now, my body’s condition has improved from a 6-7 out of 10 to a 3-4 over the past year. Thus, my body’s state has improved by a third, and in some aspects, by half.

If I take my body sensations from a year ago (62) as a benchmark for my age, I now feel like I’m in my 50s or sometimes even younger.

My body’s energy level, condition, and movement — all these parameters are a third better.

Even though I can’t see inside my body, the parallel sessions for the face hinted that rejuvenating cellular changes have also occurred within.

Concentration sessions compensate for the shortcomings of my lifestyle

For some reason, I have not tolerated decline since I was very young. I didn’t bring branches with buds into the house (leaf shedding) because I didn’t like the fleeting joy of young leaves and then seeing them wither.

At 36, being in great shape, I decided to start exercising because I didn’t want to accept the age-related limitations of my body, which were still far off but looming. Age and the condition that would take away my freedom to move wherever I wanted — never!

Then an injury happened, and I ended up with a body that functioned poorly for quite some time.

I didn’t allow myself to give up, at least not in my thoughts. I felt that if I didn’t strive, if I mentally gave up, I would lose all my future perspectives. I didn’t allow myself to lose in my mind, even though there were significant problems on a physical level.

Thus, I endured my body’s poor condition for nearly twenty years. In the meantime, I trained to be a masseur to help myself (and others).

Good turns in my body’s well-being came about 6-7 years ago when I created restorative therapy and discovered the positive effects of concentration sessions.

To endure body problems for so long and to start feeling improvements in physical well-being at my current age, and to actually notice that my face is rejuvenating… that is quite significant. It takes some getting used to.

How long will this increase in physical well-being last? What state will my body eventually recover to? Will it really return to the condition I desire? Although I occasionally ask myself such questions, I am now quite certain that the coming years of my life will be quite pleasant. It seems I am moving toward my dream and desire: free and unobstructed movement and functioning until the end of my life.

Yoga disciplines promote youthfulness, as do workouts.

Reading books about body healing highlighted the factors of regularity, time units, and effort. In other words, long-term action.

More passionate individuals achieved results faster. I have also experienced quicker healing effects in my experiments, but these require a level of exertion that can sometimes be quite exhausting. That’s why I decided to work more calmly, but consistently.

In various articles, I have already written that both spiritual literature and scientists’ films explain that all parameters related to the body and environment indicate that people could be half as young as they appear.

Occasionally on Facebook, you come across an elderly supermodel or grandmother who went to the gym and is now a very fit person full of life who knows what they want.

It is clear to everyone that as we age, body functions slow down.

Those who are not active in movement or training feel this most acutely.

I, too, spend most of my free time working at a computer, and my movement habits are not commendable. I do enjoy exercising occasionally and restore my body’s condition through massage, but other intense activities are not particularly characteristic of me.

This lifestyle needs to be compensated for somehow.

Concentration sessions have proven to be a super opportunity to slowly but surely improve my physical well-being. Moreover, they do so in a very comfortable way.

The wondrous is nevertheless near and quite easily accessible to everyone…

The book that influenced me the most was Joseph Murphy’s “The Power of Your Subconscious”. Later, the books by Georgi Sytin had a significant impact on me (Read on the page- “Useful Information” ).

All our intentional life activities occur through the brain. Our thinking processes have an undeniable impact on our body.

Understanding the effects of suggestions, affirmations, and hypnosis should not pose significant difficulties for us, as there is a considerable amount of research on this topic, confirming that thoughts and feelings have a significant impact on the whole body.

Neuroscientist Candace Pert (https://candacepert.com/) has said:

“As emotions govern all systems of the body, do not underestimate their ability to heal and mend.”

There are many writings about the possibilities of the body and mind…

I have learned and acquired two spiritual (non-physical) yoga disciplines, several mental concentration techniques, and many more… and then even more… Not only did I acquire them, but I also engaged with them consistently for several years.

It was interesting, rewarding, and educational. However, every time I reached a new discipline, I felt like, oh, once again I have to learn for so long to reach the treasure of my own (!) inner self.

And as yoga wisdom says: ultimately, we come to the understanding that we do not need to search for God far away; that greatness already exists within us. We can reach a higher consciousness in various ways, but still quite simply.

We know well that the body has the ability to recover from experiences of wound healing. But we simply have not experienced that the body responds to the will, desire, and command of the mind/soul/master and improves its functioning mechanisms. Simply, without complexity, quite directly.

And why haven’t we experienced this? Only because we haven’t tried it, haven’t done it. No one has said that it is so simply possible. No one has talked about the time frame required to perform the practices. And that’s all.

I also had not experienced it. I had only read about such recovery abilities of the body. The waiting time, where doubts gnawed at me, was quite “painful” (during facial massages and concentration sessions) when I wondered if it would suddenly not work.

Of course, it was foolish… Both thoughts, feelings, and the physical body are matter, and their components always respond to external influences. Everything depends only on the duration of those influences.

That is why I consider it so important to take into account the nature of the body—good innovative and lasting changes occur through growth. Growth, however, requires time, as things in nature do not work differently.

However, individual changes in the body can sometimes occur relatively quickly.

The fact that the body can improve posture

in a single session is not a miracle, but a normal possibility already present within the body. I was already accustomed to this (the photos in the video ‘Positive Feelings Work Wonders With the Body…’ were taken before 2017).

The muscles of the body are meant to obey commands; that is their direct function. In an extreme situation, if a person needs to escape quickly, the muscles can respond at lightning speed. The body’s muscles react instantaneously to a psychological response or command.

If, in a state of rest, we provide the body with relaxation and well-being instead of action tension, the body will spontaneously begin to restore its natural state of well-being. The increase in well-being is familiar to us from temporary lying down/resting, as well as from nighttime rest.

However, if during relaxed lying down you give the body a direction you wish to pursue (in this case, correcting posture), it becomes a command for the body, and its realization will begin to occur. All other systems of the body will also work in accordance with the master’s command.

What happens to the body during well-being sessions?

I have already talked about the successful 12-month facial restoration through concentration sessions; now I will delve a bit into what happens to the body when it is provided with regular well-being sessions.

But first, a few reminders about the impact of muscles on internal systems of the body.

Muscle work and movement in a necessary and beneficial way stimulate internal systems to be mobile, activating and invigorating them.

As we age, however, the muscles have received so much training (work and other activities) that they become stronger but also stiffer.

Stiffer muscles are chronically tense and keep nerve channels, blood vessels, and lymphatic vessels in a constricted state, even squeezing them during the body’s resting state. Metabolism is hindered, and cell recovery is no longer as effective as it is in a young person.

Although the slowing of metabolism is more often associated with the function of the body’s glands, the restorative effect of massage on body systems shows that stiff muscles are largely to blame for the limitations in the body.

When the body is offered a half-hour of rest accompanied by feelings of well-being, the natural reaction of the muscles is to relax. The pressure from the muscles is released on the nerve, blood, and lymphatic vessels, allowing them to expand again, and the body fluids move more freely. Metabolism and recovery begin to function more vigorously.

A good natural example is the temperature changes in the garden during spring. When the weather is cooler (which is not favorable for well-being), the growth of plants is slow. However, a sudden increase in temperature (an increase in the state of well-being) causes all the sap in the plants to start moving more quickly, and the growth of the plants visibly accelerates.

The following article excerpt will provide you with ideas on how to give the body direction for action.

Ideas and visions for conducting focus sessions that enhance the body’s well-being

I assume that among the readers of the article, there are now those who understand that if you continuously command the body to produce better well-being for 12 months, the body has no choice but to comply… The mind is, after all, the master and dictates everything.

I talk about the nature of positive concentration sessions in the video and also provide guidelines. However, I only started doing regular body well-being sessions now, so the video does not cover them.

Additionally, I will give you visions, thoughts, and ideas for conducting body well-being sessions that I have been using now.

*With any thoughts, I try to create feelings of well-being on the body, painting them on or trying to enhance the already existing state of well-being in the body.

When there is no pain and no tension in the body, attentive listening to the body may allow you to sense a quiet internal ecstasy.

*There have been situations where I have been too tired during the sessions. In such cases, I have conducted the entire session by repeating just one thought—’My perfect body…’ or something similar.

Moreover, I actually believe that the body is perfect, and that my way of living is simply what has disrupted my body’s harmony.

*Knowing that the body responds to commands, I have praised and felt joy over my perfectly functioning body, and in this way, I have nurtured all parts and systems of my body.

And it doesn’t matter if there is illness in some area of the body… the body is valuable and precious regardless of any dysfunction.

*Recently, I found that the body responded particularly well to the visualization of a wonderful and healthy nervous system. (There are many images of the body’s nervous system available on the internet).

*I often imagine how my body is young, healthy, and moves wonderfully. I see myself moving and functioning in very good physical health and strength. I see myself as young, joyful, and content.

*I praise my body directly, I talk to my body. What matters is not whether the body understood or comprehended my words, but the feelings that arose within me. If my feelings create well-being hormones, all good will always reach my body.

*I command my DNA to activate, to embrace the youthfulness of my younger self, metabolism, cell renewal, health, and well-being.

*I also say simple affirmations—’My young, wonderful body…’ and many other similar ones.

These are ideas to help you confidently start working with well-being sessions.

Here is a text excerpt from Georgy Sytin’s book for your reference; it has been translated using Google Translate.
